Before the first Ole Miss game, I wanted to get some pictures of Sidney Kate in her cheerleading outfit. She was/is such a little ham. She just turns it all on when everyone around is there watching her.
The Rebels played on Thursday night. So on Saturday, SK and I jumped in the car with Nonnie and Tater to go see Grandma and Papa Dean in AR for a super quick visit for Grandma's birthday. (Bailey stayed home to work on his dissertation/project/thing with Jon alllll weekend long).
We took the "back way" this time so we made a stop at the fairly new AR visitor's center where SK got a AR coloring book. We made our way to Conway where we ate lunch at Old Chicago and then finally made it to Dardanelle that afternoon. We visited for a little while before taking Grandma and Papa Dean to the Mexican place for dinner.
After dinner, we went to a park for SK to play for a few minutes before it got dark. Then we made a special trip to Walmart for Grandma to buy Sidney a surprise. Tater worked hard that night putting it together so that Sunday morning SK could play a little before we headed home.
Loving her new tricycle!
On the way out of town, we made a quick stop at a local store that sells wonderful jellies/jams. We discovered some candy that can be hard to find--giant chewy sweet tarts. I also got some bit of honey which always reminds me of my Mamaw.
